I’m thrilled to share a new chapter in my journey — I have officially joined the Black Travel Summit team as an Operations Associate!
The Black Travel Summit is more than just an event — it’s a vibrant celebration of Black travelers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers from around the world. Their mission to uplift, connect, and empower the Black travel community aligns so deeply with my personal and professional values, and I am honored to be a part of it.
As an Operations Associate, I’ll be working behind the scenes to help bring BTS’s vision to life — planning events, streamlining processes, and supporting the dynamic growth of this inspiring organization. And I’m joining just in time for something huge: Black Travel Summit 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil! From November 13–16, we’ll be gathering under the sun, celebrating culture, joy, travel, and the global Black experience.
To say I’m excited is an understatement. I’m inspired by the beautiful energy of BTS, by the powerful community they continue to build, and by the future we’re shaping together. This opportunity is not just about operations; it’s about contributing to something meaningful, vibrant, and necessary.
Thank you to the Black Travel Summit team for welcoming me. I cannot wait to grow, learn, and make an impact alongside such brilliant, passionate people.
